About Me

I have always been passionate about holistic living and trained as a Reflexologist after recovering from breast cancer when I really had time to re-evaluate what I was doing, what I really wanted to do and start following my dreams!

Since then I have trained as a Reflexologist and Massage Therapist and still have a whole list of things I want to be able to bring to my clients with always the ultimate goal of helping people to feel better.

I am also passionate about using natural skincare and after much research after my chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the fact that what we put on our skin really does matter kept cropping up time and time again. Avoiding chemicals and toxins in the products we use is so important to maintaining good health. Aside of being a Holistic Therapist, I am a Mum of three active, lively, gorgeous children, play league netball and love to walk my dog Maisie. Becoming a Holistic Therapist has given me the flexibility to do what I love and fit it in around my family.
