Reflexology for menopause is a deeply relaxing massage that combines facial reflexology, reflexology on the hands and the feet.

The treatment combines the key reflex points that are affected by the menopause to help bring balance and help reduce symptoms of the menopause. For example:

• The pituitary glad, pineal and hypothalamus for balancing hormones
